Picture Day September 2nd and 3rd at Rec Center(posted 14Aug08)

  • Brook Park Soccer Picture day on September 2nd and 3rd in the Basement of the Brook Park Recreation Center

  • Your coach has your assigned date and time. You can also download the entire schedule here

  • BE ON TIME, each team will receive one and only one time slot !

  • Your coach has your Picture Package flyers

  • Players should come dressed in full uniform…..jersey, shorts and socks (although they can leave the shins at home!)

  • ·       The photographer will take an individual picture of each player and then a team photo


Countdown to Kick Off of the 2008-2009 Soccer Season!!(update 2Aug08)

  • Recreation Soccer (SRSL) starts Saturday September 6th.

  • Travel Boys and Girls starts August 24th

  • Pee-Wee and Munchkin Soccer Program begins on Saturday August 23rd at 9:00 AM at St. Peter the Apostle

2007/08 Registration Closed (updated 18July08)

Registration for the 2007/08 soccer season is closed.

What will happen next?

For the balance of July team rosters and coaches will be finalized, uniforms and supplies ordered and the fields will be worked on.

In August, coaches will start contacting players to start practicing for the Fall 2008 season. Your coach will know your team's practice night and will have the team's game schedule prior to your first game.

When will we start playing?

Recreation League (SRSL)  will start Saturday September 6th

Boys Travel League (AASL) and Girls Travel League (NOGSL) starts Sunday August 24th

Is it really too late to sign up? Do you have a waiting list?

If your child wants to play, drop us a note. We'll let you know if we have a space available on a team for you!

Contact us by clicking on the 'E-Mail Brook Park Soccer' button above. Please provide in the e-mail the child's birth date (including year) and gender.

If the child's potential team is full we'll place them on the waiting list. We never want to turn down a potential player so let us know that you want to play!

Be on the lookout for Field #3 ! (updated 2August08) 

The grass is growing so stay off the grass and don't play in the hay!! We are very excited about this!  Back in Fall 2007 old baseball field backstop was removed.  Craig Schultz, Neal Jamison and Scott O'Neill have worked hard on this project to convert this space into an additional field.

This has been a team effort as City of Brook Park, St. Peter's, Meehan's Lawn Service and Mulch & More have also help achieve this goal. 

The land has been graded, filled and seeded and Field 2 was also re-seeded at the end of the Fall season.  If it all works out (keep your fingers crossed), we'll re-map the entire space and have capacity for a third soccer field for Fall 2008. 

This should minimize (but probably not eliminate) the need for weekday games and allow teams at least one practice space if/when games need to be played on the other fields.  More information on this as the Spring season approaches.
